Bimetallic Barrels and Screws

GK Industries has been devoted to the techniques of centrifugal casting for many years. We produce bimetallic barrels, which have an inner layer of 1.5-2mm thickness, with super alloy liners. The straightness and inner diameter tolerance is 0.01mm. For bimetallic screws, we use a special hard facing technique to coat a layer of super alloy onto the teeth of screws.  
 For various applications in many industries, we offer professional consultation as to the choice of alloys. Our inspection equipment can analyze chemical composition, metallographic microstructure and mechanical properties to ensure that the alloys are satisfying international standards, as well as the customers' expectations. Spectrometer, hardness tests, metallurgical microscopic examination, tensile tests, and dye penetration tests are also available.
